Accuracy you can audit beats authority you have to take on faith. This page is the permanent public record of every substantive error published in an FSMA Radar issue.
The policy: when we get something wrong — a date, an
applicability statement, an interpretation — the correction runs at the
top of the next issue and is recorded here permanently, with the issue
number, what we said, what was correct, and the primary source. We do not
silently edit the record.
